It’s fun to learn how to make and bake this type of cookies during our working period. The purpose for this time making was used to in Tourism Fair in Malaysia in March. The kumquat cookies is one of the local products which manufactured by the farm. The ingredients to produce the cookies include flour, sugar, water, ferment flour, butter, kumquat fillings and etc. Its taste good and would not regret to have it!
