Nantou city is situated in central Taiwan, the time taken from Toucheng Farm to the destination is about 4 hours long. There are many popular winery outlets in the area. In this time of trip, we had the chances to visit the winery places with Jiu Zhuang colleagues, it would enhance our knowledge to get more information about the wine making process and tasting.
The places where we visited was Mei Zi Winery and Che Cheng Winery. We had the opportunities to taste their wine which mainly made from plum fruit that they cultured. Furthermore, they usually keep the wine under the basement at about 24°C and it is the best condition to store and prolong the wine in years. Besides those places, we also went to a famous temple in Taichung. The building of temple is so imposing which located at a peak of a small hill. In the nutshell, it was very interesting to have a visitation through this trip and we get so much experiences and knowledge from the visitation.
