The Making of Another Types of Fortune Jujube Cookies

Fortune Jujube Cookies

First, prepare the ingredients: eggs, flour, butter, sugar, salt, jams etc.

"Filter" the flour to make it more fine.

Use the machine to make the dry kumquat fruits into small pieces.



Waiting for the butter melting and add in with egg yolk.






"Filter" the sugar powder and add into the above yolk and butter after mixed.



Put the 20g of the mixed solution into the jam with the small pieces of dry kumquat. After mixed its all together, measure the fillings for 24g.



The mixed solution was added in with flour until it was not so wet.  It was used to wrap the filling. Weight each of it for 22g.


PS: It was very important to measure its weight so that all of it will be uniformly.


After wrapped the filling, we use the mould to shape it.

 




Later on , use the brush with egg yolk and put on the top surface without touching to the mould. Then, use the small stick to make the design on top and bake it. 


TADAAAA~~~!! It looks like so nice and delicious. The taste was so so GOOD~! hehe =D
