Packaging of Dried Radish

Dried Radish 菜脯

We cut the white radish into small pieces and preserve it with salt. After the time that needed, we can take it out and add in sugar. So that, the taste of dried radish will no too salty. It is the food normally we can found in Asia. In Taiwan, they like to cook it with egg. In my hometown, my dad like to fry the meehoon with dried radish. =D

For packaging,

Firstly, we take part of white radish on the container on to the big bowl.



We measure the weight of each pack at least 600 g and below 610 g.

And then we vacuum it with the machine.
