Summer Camps at the Farm

Summer Camps Season has already begun at the Toucheng Leisure Farm!
I spent 2 first weeks of my internship watching the farm's staff preparing the camps,
but I didn't expect such an amazing effect!

There's no place for wasting time in the camp's agenda!
All 5 days are filled up with activities teaching the kids teamwork, consequence, handicraft, recycling and respect for food.
Not a minute is boring or spent in front of a TV screen!

There's time for ice breaking games with a break for a snack...

Even the farm's flag is hung and solemn promise to obey the camp's rules is made...

Noone forgets that the camp takes place at the farm - how can anyone live
the farmer's life without a proper straw hat?

It's not only about watching - all hands are on! The farm is huge, there is a task for everyone.
A real farmer knows how to feed animals and clean their corrals - now the camp's participants know how to do it too.

What suprised me the most was how well the farm is prepared for every activity - there is even river trekking equipment for every participant and  still  there's some left in the closet.

The camp is like a clockwork - every step is safe and perfectly prepared!
I can't think of any other place offering such a wide variety of activites during 5days.

Today is the second day of the camp -
I can't wait to experience other activities included in the agenda!
