3ème semaine à Toucheng Leisure Farm/3rd week at Toucheng Leisure Farm

    Le mercredi, j'ai arrosé les fleurs comme à mon habitude puis j'ai assemblé les fils pour accrocher les boules de viande.

Le jeudi, j'ai effectué les mêmes tâches. 

    Vendredi, j'ai arrosé les plantes au "Green Bar" puis je suis allée aider mes collègues au centre DIY où j'ai pu assister les invités.

Il y avait différentes activités comme la réalisation de boissons vinaigrées, la réalisation de T-shirts, encore une fois accompagnés de la nature puisqu'il fallait peindre les feuilles pour ensuite les imprimer sur le T-shirt.

L'après-midi, j'ai assemblé des lanternes pour les invités.

Samedi, il y avait beaucoup d'invités. J'ai commencé par arroser les plantes au "Green Bar" puis je suis allée aider mes collègues au centre DIY.

Ensuite, nous sommes allées chercher des ingrédients dans le frigo pour l'activité de l'après-midi qui avait lieu au Pizza DIY.

J'ai ainsi pu constater les différences entre les pancakes taïwanais et les pancakes occidentaux. Un des guides a fait un pancake spécialement pour moi (Merci encore une fois, c'était délicieux !).

Durant cette activité, des étudiants sont venus me parler. Nous avons bien discuté, ce fût très enrichissant. 

Vers la fin de l'activité, nous avons vu un serpent sous la plaque de cuisson, il était vraiment très long.

Finalement, plus de peur que de mal, un des employés est venu le remettre dans la nature.

Dimanche, je suis retournée arroser les plantes puis j'ai customisé une bouteille. (Je l'aime tellement que je vais l'apporter en France)

L'après-midi, je suis allée au centre DIY puis le professeur, ma collègue et moi sommes partis observer les oiseaux taïwanais.

A la fin de la journée, je suis allée aider Kate et ma colocataire pour emballer le pain destiné à la vente (fait maison !).

On Wednesday, I watered the flowers as usual and then assembled the threads to hang the meatballs.

 

On Thursday, I performed the same tasks.

 

On friday, I watered the plants at the "Green Bar," then went to help my colleagues at the DIY center, where I was able to assist the guests. There were different activities, such as making vinegar drinks and T-shirts, which were once again accompanied by nature since we had to paint the leaves and then print them on the T-shirts.

 

In the afternoon, I assembled sky lanterns for the guests.

 

On Saturday, there were many guests. I started by watering the plants at the "Green Bar," then went to help my colleagues at the DIY center.

 

Afterward, we fetched ingredients from the fridge for the afternoon activity, which took place at the Pizza DIY center. I was able to observe the differences between Taiwanese pancakes and Western pancakes. One of the guides made a pancake especially for me (Thank you again, it was delicious!).

 

During this activity, some students came to talk to me. We had a good conversation; it was very enriching.

 

Towards the end of the activity, we saw a very long snake under the cooking plate. In the end, it was more frightening than harmful, and one of the employees came to put it back into nature.

 

On Sunday, I went back to water the plants, then customized a bottle (I love it so much that I’m going to bring it to France).

 

In the afternoon, I went to the DIY center, then the professor, my colleague, and I went to observe Taiwanese birds.

 

At the end of the day, I went to help Kate and my roommate to pack the homemade bread intended for sale.
